We Are Looking Forward To Doing Well In The Eliminator – Shepherd
Chattogram Challengers all-rounder Romario Shepherd expressed his optimism ahead of the playoff stage of the ongoing 10th Bangladesh Premier League.
Following training today, Shepherd said he was looking forward to their eliminator.
“We are training. We are looking forward to doing well in the eliminator. The boys are bowling and batting well. So, I believe we are ready to take the ground in the playoffs,” he said.
The Caribbean added that their strength is to play as a team.
“We will play as a team. People expect that. And the advantage is that someday someone might not play well, and when you play as a team, you can become strong without depending on a player,” he said.
“You know what we can do if we play as a team. Maybe we don’t have superstars but we have local players who are hungry to do well,” Shepherd added.
Chattogram trained on Saturday ahead of their match against Fortune Barishal in the eliminator on February 26, 2024 while they are scheduled to train again at the National Academy Ground from 11:45 tomorrow, February 25, 2024.
