Victorians Hopeful To Get Mustafizur In The BPL Final 

Comilla Victorians skipper Liton Kumar Das said that they are hoping to get the service of Mustafizur Rahman in the final of the ongoing Bangladesh Premier League T20 tournament, scheduled on March 1.

“We are hopeful that he( Mustafizur) will be available in the final,” Liton Das told reporters after the game.

“He will start practicing from tomorrow or the day after and we are hopeful and please pray that he is available in the final,” he said adding that they took fielding as there was no Mustafizur in their side.

“We took fielding after winning the toss was largely due to the fact we did not have Mustafizur because while defending we can go into the back foot to some extent( due to unavailability of Mustafizur) and we had two bowlers. I said new because Mushfiqur did not play for long time and it was first match of Barsan and that is why we decided as our batting line-up is big we will chase,” he added after beating Fortune Barishal by seven wickets in the first qualifier at the Sher-e-Bangla National Stadium on Friday. 

Mustafizur received head injury in Chattogram on February 18 and was forced to remain in the bench since the injury that required five stitches in his head.  

On Monday (February 26), Mustafizur was present at the Sher-e-Bangla National Stadium to inspire his team as they reached the final of the after beating Rangpur Riders by seven wickets in the first qualifier at home of cricket.
